Service Charter
PRMP LLP are aware of the need to provide for a first class service to our clients. The service charter starts at the point of first contact following through for the life of each case.
We set out our core standards, which PRMP LLP will maintain.
- Contact Insured by email or telephone within 48 hours of instruction. If notified to us as an urgent case, we will telephone the client on the same day where possible.
- From date of survey, we will issue our report within 10 working days, subject to there being no additional detailed research required.
- We will endeavour to return all phone calls the same day.
- We will ensure that the same surveyor undertakes any re-survey to maintain consistency.
- Following every survey, the surveyor will be available to discuss any Risk Management aspect with the client and provide ongoing support if required.
- Appropriate disposal of all survey paperwork following our visit.
- All reports are audited by a partner prior to issue to the client.
