Daniel was involved in training and development of new staff and the Private Client survey team and established a management role prior to the failure of Independent Insurance in June 2001.

In July 2001 an opportunity to become part of a set up of a new product for Zurich Insurance was taken. The role involved design and implementation of a complete survey system for the product to be known as Zurich Private Clients.

In April 2002, following research in the High Net Worth market, went into partnership with other specialists to establish a risk management service and formed Promise Risk Management Partnership (PRMP). The Partnership is to specialise in all aspects of Risk Management within the high profile High Net Worth market.
